  2. Great video but i think it needs to be updated. Cycling creatine is a myth and it has been debunked so many time with research and facts.

  3. Interesting definition of natural. All of these were made in labs and are marketed to guys who don't want to eat real food or put the real time in to train. Natural supplements are caffeine, grains, fruits, veggies, and water.

  4. ATP is THE energy source of any living animal. That is why it always feels good, you get energy. Amino acids are making up proteins and thus also muscles, buy if you already have a good protein intake, the extra nutrition is just degraded. Glutamine is for example part of the urea cycle and protein breakdown. Higher levels make sure you don't break down muscles for no reason. Vitamins help the body perform its enzymatic reactions. There you go.

  9. Whey protein, BCAA, Creatine and Pre-workout. 2 scoops of Creatine and a scoop of pre-workout got me driving like a mad man to the gym.
